Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Bassey Ewah, has asked Nigerians not to give their phones to policemen who stop them at checkpoints without a warrant. The deputy commissioner made this known while speaking on Wednesday, Nov. 10, during a question and answer session at the just concluded program organized by the Police Community Relation Committee. According to the DCP, a warrant is needed before any officer can check the phones of Nigerians.
